Review
We provide a complete review of the current retail portfolio, offering a clear view of the current state of affairs.
Portfolio management
We transform the retail portfolio according to the business-location policy drawn up in consultation and we strategically manage the portfolio for both the short and the long term, according to recent developments and in anticipation of future developments in the catchment area. Consultations regarding turnover, location, price, and terms and conditions are held periodically and all changes to the portfolio are carefully and accurately recorded and archived.
Monitoring

Rent adjustments under Book 7, Section 303 of the Dutch Civil Code
We assess rent with regards to the five-yearly rent adjustments according to Book 7, Section 303 of the Dutch Civil Code. In addition, we negotiate and, where necessary, provide support in legal proceedings.
Advice
We advise and negotiate regarding contracts (and drawing up contracts) relating to rent, expansion, subletting, letting, lease termination and purchasing and sale, with a view to finding a balance regarding the rights and duties of the tenant and the landlord.
